This morning I managed to lock myself out of my car when I got out to scrape the ice off of my windshield. I called Mark and he let me know what it would cost to unlock my car before he came out. He was quick and careful, taking precautions to make sure his equipment didn't scratch my door. I was the first unlock of the day bright and early before 6:30 AM, but he got to my location within 10 minutes. He was cheerful and very kind. I was hardly even late for work. I will definitely put Coulee Locks in my telephone contacts.

Had made 4 copies of our house key for our kids and a friend of ours to use when they take care of our animals. Seen the kiosk at Menards and decided to use it. Loved the prints you can choose from and it wasn't expensive. Some printed keys had to come in the mail but it didn't take long before they came...less than a week. They are a little scratchy, however, where it is cut and I was worried that the keys would get stuck in the lock but they didn't.

very user friendly to make keys! Unfortunately the keys work very hard in the doors. I'm hoping with continued use they will be work more effectively.
